Service Description

Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga Group or Private (times for sessions listed below, cost is per morning or afternoon session) Learn to find your comfort in meditation, while observing your breath and remain aware. The session is an introduction to mindfulness meditation. Class meets On-Line, Pre-Registration required. Group Class size is limited to 6. Call Kanjin Yoga with questions or to pre-register (online) for this session.
