Kanjin Yoga teaches Hatha (the most original form) yoga that combines gentle movement with breathing techniques and mindfulness. We offer the traditional type of yoga practice to new students and serve the many diverse students who would like to make yoga a part of their lifestyle. Drawing upon many years of dedicated yoga practice, continuous study, and inspirational training from world renowned yoga masters grounds our approach to designing each yoga program.
