WS-006 BEGINNER Yoga  (4-Class Series)


This class series  is recommended after completing the Introduction to Yoga 6-week series.

Refine and build your practice using the important principles of alignment. This class is suitable for students who have practiced other styles of yoga or attended an Introduction to Yoga class.
This class prepares students for a more flowing style of yoga (Vinyasa) that synchronizes breath with movement.

Attend one session per week on Tuesday or Thursday 6:30

Beginner Yoga is a wonderful class for those who are interested in developing a consistent yoga practice in preparing for strengthening and balance.
