Register for the 4-class monthly series and have the flexibility to attend sessions on either Monday or Wednesday.

Each session is 45 minutes.
90 min Saturday Morning Combo Session
Enjoy the benefits of a combined session of our Back & Core strength and the Flex & Stretch sessions. This is a great way to take your yoga to the next level.

Our 90-min session combines our stretch and flex with back and core strengthening into a unique fun experience.
If you are signed up for the series you have the option to use one or two of your sessions to attend one or both of the weekend classes 8AM strecht/flex 8:45 back/core.
