This unique series is designed to help you build more confidence in your yoga practice. You are encouraged throughout the class to remain mindful and aware of the present moment. As it is in maintaining moment to moment awareness that the magic of yoga in truly experienced. This will also help you tune into the FUSION of the mind-body connection.
